We currently accept orders to worldwide shipping addresses.
All orders are processed within 48 hours from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Customer service emails received during weekends will be responded to, but order processing will resume on the following business day.
All orders are shipped via air freight. We primarily ship using Singapore Post or Hong Kong Post. We also offer express delivery services such as UPS, DHL, EMS, and others. If you choose express delivery, additional shipping fees will apply based on the destination and package weight.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, during regular business hours (excluding national holidays).

If you are located in a country not listed above and wish to purchase a battery, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability
For customers in other regions, please do not place battery orders without prior confirmation, as we will not be able to fulfill them
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. We are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please provide your full address with telephone number.
PayPal payments: Orders will be shipped to the address in your PayPal profile. If you need to change your address, please update it in PayPal before placing your order.
Credit card payments: Orders may be subject to address verification. You may be asked for additional information in case of discrepancy.
We mark packages as "sample" or "gift" where permitted. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their local customs authority. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Seasonal demand (such as Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) may cause slight delays in dispatch. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you via info@uklaptopaccessories.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you wish to receive your order faster, we offer express delivery services including UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, and EMS. Express deliveries may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Note: Laptop batteries (dangerous goods) cannot be shipped via these express delivery services due to air freight regulations. Battery orders will be shipped using standard postal services only.
We do not support local pickup.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us to request a return within 30 days of the invoice date.
To request a return, please email us at info@uklaptopaccessories.co.uk with your invoice number ready. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product):
We will reimburse the return shipping cost after receiving the return.
For all other returns:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
A 25% restocking fee may apply in the following cases:
Products returned without original packaging or missing components (e.g., manuals, accessories)
Products that show signs of use beyond simply opening the package
Returns requested after the 30-day window but accepted at our discretion
No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Only the product price will be refunded unless the return is due to our error, in which case the original shipping cost will also be refunded.
All returns must follow the steps below. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Obtain an RMA number: Contact us to request a return. If eligible, you will receive an RMA number along with return instructions. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Display the RMA number on the package: Clearly write the RMA number on the return-shipping label. Packages without an RMA number will be refused.
Ship within 30 days: Returned products must be postmarked within 30 days after the RMA number is issued. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Repack in original packaging: Include all original contents, such as manuals, accessories, and original boxes. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We are not responsible for products damaged due to insufficient packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
